We meet one on one over video call for 6 sessions across 8 weeks. The spacing between sessions gives you time to process, reflect, and actually apply what is coming up for you before we meet again. Each session is focused on your specific situation and where you are in the process.

In our onboarding session we map out your 6 sessions together based on where you are and what you need most. No two women are the same and no two coaching journeys look the same. What we cover is built around you, not a fixed script

Voxer is a voice and text messaging app. Once you book your package I will send you my Voxer handle and you can reach me there between sessions. It is not instant messaging but I will respond within 24 hours on weekdays so you are never left sitting with something heavy on your own.

No. The course is something you work through on your own at your own pace. The coaching program is personalised and we work through your specific situation together. You get access to the course as part of this package but the coaching is what makes it a completely different experience.

You will receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started including your course access, your Voxer details, and a link to book your first session. We will hit the ground running from there.

Yes. You can pay in full at $1,500 or choose the payment plan of 2 payments of $800. Your first payment is made at booking and the second payment is due 4 weeks later.
